? Key Responsibilities:

• Data Exploration and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of gaming data, player behaviour, and operational metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop and apply predictive models to forecast trends, identify patterns, and enhance decision-making processes.
• A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize game features, user experiences, and marketing strategies.
• Data Interpretation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify opportunities, and contribute to data-driven strategies.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of gaming and customer data.
• Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance analytical methodologies.
• Team Development: Help establish team standards for dashboard development and analytics processes. Support teammates to develop their skills to reach these standards.

? Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience working with statistical modelling, machine learning, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in iGaming would be considered a plus
