Job Description
- To be direct point of contact with the client & interact confidently with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Oversee and responsible of the overall performance of the contracts assigned technically and commercially
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cleaning team, ensuring they are focused on cleaning-related tasks.
- Coordinate and delegate cleaning responsibilities and oversees overall performance of the site team and sub-contracted services.
- Coordinate and manage cleaning shifts, personnel schedules, and service delivery.
- Guarantee adherence to cleaning standards in accordance with industry best practices.
- Professionally handle the scope and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance the company’s positive image and reputation.
- Oversee related trainings are provided and coordinate with responsible support group
- Demonstrate familiarity with the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
- Support the implementation of the computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system in the contract to enhance reporting efficiency and administrative effectiveness. Provide advice to the team and CAFM departments on schedule changes and suggest improvements.
- Competently work with any CAFM system for updating and closing work orders.
- Oversee and organize cleaning schedules and efficiently allocate resources.
- Report cleaning-related tasks and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) incidents.
- Define cleaning task requirements and provide support for cleaning surveys and estimations as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits of fixed assets and monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and other cleaning consumables or hygiene products
- Perform random audits and quality control checks for entire site operation
- Oversee material requests for ordering from main stores or procurement, preventing any shortfall of standard consumables and materials on-site.
- Assist the Manager in establishing a clear, transparent real-time reporting scheme for the contract on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Generate completion reports and monitor consumption of resources.
- Ensure all tasks are managed within the set budget and meet client satisfaction.
- Reinstatement of site storage facilities in line with BICSc standards.
- Able to work on remote locations and multiple sites.
- Controls and review all sub-contracted services on site and conduct quality audits
- Contract retention 100%.
- Ensure client invoices are correct and timely released on monthly basis.
- Ensure all payments with suppliers are followed up with finance team to avoid disruption of services
- Ensure client payments are update and resolved on regular basis.
- Internal Work Relationships within Group:
- Compliance with all HSE regulations and BICSc
- Compliance with Procurement and Finance Process
- External Work Relationship within Group:
- Subcontractors: execution of assignment, site progress, Daily Progress reports, interaction with client.
- Education Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science / College Graduate.
- BICSs certification
- Experience:
- Currently holds a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working SFM Industry
- Prior Experience working as Asst. Manager or Manager position in Cleaning Industry
- Experience in Qatar SFM Industry
- Expertise and knowledgeable on cleaning machinery, tools, chemicals on various range including suppliers and brands
- Able to provide cleaning solution and allocation and budgetary forecasting
- Experience on cleaning contract mobilization
- Exposure to a multicultural environment
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving experience
- Experience and understanding of CAFM usage and functions
- Basic knowledge on pest control, waste and landscaping or any cleaning specialist task will be an advantage
