We are seeking an enthusiastic Middle IT Recruiter to join our remote team, where you will be instrumental in overseeing the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with various stakeholders, including business units and the staffing team, to understand and prioritize recruitment needs
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for various technical positions
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to the extension of job offers
- Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier candidates
- Present well-vetted candidates to project and business teams, providing key insights to support their decision-making
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by producing necessary recruitment reports
- Engage in initiatives to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Represent the company at employer branding events such as Tech Talks, job fairs, and conferences to boost recruitment efforts
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with experience in both agency and in-house settings preferred
- Expertise in managing the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer extension
- Experience working closely with internal teams or agency clients, effectively managing prioritization and handling escalations
- Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques, including the use of HR/recruitment databases and social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment process
- Well-versed in managing all administrative aspects within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Self-driven with the ability to excel independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a patient and precise approach to handling requests
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at a B2 level or higher, ensuring effective communication
Nice to have
- Knowledge of niche technologies or specialized IT sectors for targeted candidate outreach
- Experience with cutting-edge recruitment tools or platforms to improve sourcing and evaluation processes
- Involvement in innovative employer branding initiatives that go beyond conventional events, demonstrating creativity in attracting top talent
