What does the role involve?
Working as part of our strategic relationships team you’ll manage a small portfolio of corporate accounts and play a key role in managing the relationship of a new flagship customer. You’ll be supporting this customer with their salary sacrifice car fleet, taking time to build strong working relationships that develop our partnership.
This role is strategic in nature – you’ll be tasked with creating a bespoke plan for the customer, ensuring we successfully meet our contractual obligations as well as identifying opportunities to innovate and add value.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining proactive, positive relationships with the customer to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Managing contract performance delivery by analysing and recommending improvements based on performance, reporting and trend analysis
- Proactively identifying opportunities to achieve additional sales and work with our internal teams to provide service excellence that delivery maximises these opportunities
- Conducting quarterly and annual strategic reviews within your portfolio of accounts
Please note this role will require regular travel throughout the UK to meet with customers and collaborate with colleagues.
What are we looking for?
You’re a natural when it comes to building and maintaining positive and productive stakeholder relationships. You have good interpersonal and influencing skills coupled with good knowledge and demonstrated experience of vehicle leasing in a corporate environment. You’re data-literate and enjoy using insights to tell a story and inform strategy.
Also, we’re looking for the following:
- Able to think strategically and operationally
- Able to collaborate with and influence senior colleagues
- Able to think logically and be pragmatic with problem solving
- Experience of salary sacrifice schemes would be desirable
