Become part of a dynamic and growing team at Intrepid Travel as an Industry Partnerships Manager! You’ll lead agent initiatives, including training, events, and trade support, while enhancing the agent and customer journey and supporting sales and marketing teams. This role drives sales growth and brand awareness through trade partnerships aligned with our 2030 strategy. You’ll support key partner accounts, industry initiatives, and training, acting as the point of contact for agents. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing growth opportunities and engaging with agents via social media, email, phone, and other platforms. Travel to events, FAM trips, and conferences is required.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Your time will be split between travel, working from home and the office in Brixton, London. Travel can vary, however it is anticipated that a volume of the travel will be required in the North of the UK.

A bit about you…

• 3 + years sales experience with demonstrated ability to drive YOY revenue growth and performance.
• Solid understanding and proven experience of the UK & Ireland market in the Travel Industry is essential.
• A confident speaker with a genuine enthusiasm and passion for the industry, able to represent the business as a proud Brand Ambassador.
• A strategic planner with strong organisational skills that is target driven.
• High sales performance mindset with excellent account management skills.
• Confident IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint is essential. Additional experience using Canva and Mailchimp is desirable.
