To successfully continue our international growth, your primary tasks and responsibilities as a (Senior) International Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) will include:

Your Tasks

• Reviewing and correctly executing payroll for the DACH & UK regions in compliance with national and local labor laws and requirements.
• Professional and regular communication with international payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Corresponding with health insurance companies, insurers, offices, and authorities in the managed countries.
• Creating reports and other supporting documents, e.g., for preparing internal and/or external audits.
• Regularly reviewing payroll processes and data conflicts to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Designing and independently coordinating projects within the scope of further international expansion and projects in the field of International Benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, relevant degree, or comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in the processing of payroll in an international context, preferably DACH and UK.
• Experience in selecting, collaborating with, and professionally managing international payroll service providers.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ideally, experience with Workday.
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential data appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong time management and organizational talent with high attention to detail.
