The Vice President, GTM (Middle East) leads a regional multi-faceted sales organization. This role is responsible for leading strategies and coordinating execution across all go-to-market activities, solving CSG customers’ most important business priorities and challenges within Middle East region. This role is responsible for producing maximum levels of value for clients and growth for CSG sales-bookings, revenues, and profits for the assigned region/accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Directs and leads the regional sales and account management team & drive collaboration across multiple cross-functional support resources in region
  • Leads the overall strategy to grow revenue within the Middle East region. Orchestrates territory plans & position CSG’s solutions to win an increases share of new-logos and new-business
  • Has ”executive responsibility” for the Middle East region, in addition to the P&L, revenue, operating margin, sales bookings, customer satisfaction and assists the SVP, GTM and other CSG executives to create, implement and manages the customer relationship and sales strategy
  • Acts as an escalation point, minimizing customer impacting issues and drives internal support teams to continue to evolve and streamline our operating model
  • Collaborate extensively with internal teams to provide strategic guidance to customers on product functionality, technology, process guidance, and implementation that drive them to capture, manage, generate and optimize revenue, strengthen customer relationships and exploit emerging opportunities within the industry
  • Ensure that each client account has documented success plans that outline the metrics for success, potential issues and recommendations for mitigation, including conducting regular business reviews
  • Serve as a strategic business representative to internal teams such as legal, finance, operations, product management, professional services and development. May delegate this responsibility to other team members
  • Supports contract renewals and RFPs of products, services, solutions and may delegate responsibility to team members

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 12+ years’ experience in leadership positions managing the sales within telecommunications and technology markets
  • Proven experience in leading and managing diverse, global teams effectively. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs, fostering long-term relationships
  • Ability to develop and execute sales and Go-To-Market strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic essential
