About The Role
The EMEA University Recruiting team are responsible for hiring interns across our business areas in the UK, Romania, Spain, Denmark and Germany, contributing to the overall hiring goals of our global University Recruiting team.

We’re looking for an intern to join our team during our busy recruiting season to support our recruiters with interview scheduling, post event administration, collating information for our internal and external newsletters and many more recruitment related tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Research university campus strategies for EMEA, including contacting university career centres and posting roles to university job platforms
- Provide support across a number of administrative tasks including (but not limited to) the use of our applicant tracking systems (Workday / Avature) and our work management platform (Asana)
- Provide planning and logistical support for recruiting events such as career fairs, info sessions, virtual interviews, tech talks and events.
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Gain valuable training and insights into a high performing, fast paced, global talent acquisition team at a growing organisation
- Assisting the US teams’ Associate Programme Manager with invoicing support
- Communicating with stakeholders to support recruiters in daily tasks
What You’ll Need
- To be a passionate individual with a focus on innovation and a desire to provide an excellent candidate experience
- Currently enrolled at a UK university and working towards a bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
- Proficient in a Mac environment, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides (desirable)
- Experience in recruitment, customer service or other related stakeholder management role (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work with multiple departments to bring inputs together to complete tasks
Bonus Points
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages; Spanish, Danish, German or Romanian
- Knowledge of and an interest in HR and Recruitment processes
