Position Summary
To effectively and profitably manage and grow business relationships from existing and new Crawford clients.
Functional Knowledge
- Resolution of issues as and when they arise

- Ability to work at a senior level within the company and the client
- Consultative sales approach
General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications
- Good understanding of industry
- Proven experience in insurance claims environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven Client management & sales experience
- CII / CILA qualification preferred (or progress towards)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Client Relationship advocate
- Lead a client facing team
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Take a pro-active consultative approach to understand client needs
- To identify cause and effect relationships, patterns and trends
- Work within the UK TPA team, and wider group functions as appropriate to build robust solutions to meet client needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Crawford services and delivery
- Constructively engage with the Crawford network to ensure delivery of agreed service
- Uphold Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times
- Demonstrating high levels of Integrity, Client Focus, Professionalism and Teamwork
- Timely reporting and provision of management information as required
- Ensure awareness and compliance with all corporate governance requirements (as well as general company policies and procedures)
- Actively seek to develop oneself and take responsibility for your own training and development

- A good understanding of the UK TPA market
- Proven experience in an Insurance claims environment
- Proven Account Management experience
- Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
- The ability to deliver high standard results, promptly
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team player who also has the ability to work well using own initiative
- Flexible approach – the job holder will be required to travel throughout the UK as and when appropriate.
