Job Opening Description

Interworks.cloud platform is B2B cloud commerce platform that automates all operational processes of distributing and reselling cloud products.

As a key player on our Technical Writers Team, you will be responsible for creating documentation that clarifies features and benefits of our B2B cloud commerce platform by crafting high-quality user guides, how-to manuals, and FAQs* that make our cloud platform accessible to everyone, regardless of their technical background. Collaborate with our product team, business analysts, and customer enablement teams to create materials that drive seamless platform adoption.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the ins and outs of our SaaS platform and documentation needs.
• Produce high-quality documentation with business and technical accuracy.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, simple but engaging content for our customers.
• Develop documentation for new features and integrations, including release notes for new platform versions.
• Update existing documentation to enhance clarity, e.g. by adding explanations for simple additions or updating mockups.
• Innovate beyond traditional documentation, creating online videos, demos, guided tours, and other educational tools.
• Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end-users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators.
• Navigate our repository and knowledge base effectively and source information efficiently for your technical writing needs.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback into our documentation to continuously achieve our goal for improvement and quality.

Our ideal candidate

• You have 3+ years of experience in technical writing for software documentation.
• You have a proven track record of managing the end-to-end documentation process.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and through various other materials.
• You excel at communicating with development, customer success, and product management teams.
• You are fluent in both Greek and English.
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in computer science, English, writing, or communications.
