About the role:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the design and development of large-scale marketing websites. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with a talented team of designers, engineers, and marketing specialists to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and development of complex marketing websites, ensuring they meet business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept and planning to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage project scope, deadlines, and workflows effectively.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, marketing teams, and designers & developers.
  • Possess a strong understanding of web development technologies (CMS, JavaScript preferred) and content management systems.
  • Manage and coordinate website deployments, including content and code changes.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges, solve problems efficiently, and communicate project progress clearly and concisely.
  • Document key decisions, meeting notes, and action items to maintain project transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing website design and development projects from concept to launch.
  • Proven experience working with web agencies on high-budget marketing website projects.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and marketing teams, translating business goals into actionable technical requirements.
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for benchmarking website performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira)
