Elevate’s Flexible Legal Resoucing business is expanding its Talent team. We are looking for a UK Talent Community Manager to support our world-class Talent Community both during and between placements.
Our Talent are the very best lawyers, paralegals, legal operations, risk and compliance professionals in the world, and they deserve support, training, resources, events (both social and professional), community, and career guidance tailored to their unique careers and ambitions.
Working with our leadership and engagement mangagement teams, you will lead the execution and deployment of a broad range of activities and resources in support of that goal, and ensure the sustained engagement of the Talent Community. The work will be focused in the UK, but you will have the opportunity to support similar activities in both the US and Australia.

Specifically, you will:
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Management (US-based) you will assist in the design (and ongoing evaluation) of the Talent Support and Engagement strategy, and will be responsible for all aspects of its execution on a day-to-day basis. You will initially focus on the UK, but may be required to support elements of the strategy in both the US and Australia. which are either global in nature or which may be executed from the UK.
Examples of existing and planned initiatives which would fall within the areas of responsibility of the role are:
• The Talent Ambassador Program. (focused on Talent who which to actively promote their own and Elevate’s brand)
• The Milestone Gifts program
• Talent-focused email and social media campaigns (including the Talent-facing LinkedIN presence)
• In-person events, training and social functions
• Online webinar-based activities
• Identification and deployment of training resources
• Regular check-ins with Talent who are not currently on placement
• Surveys of Talent and gathering of market intelligence to ensure that we are continuing to meet Talent’s needs and lead the market in such programs
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Preferred experiencePrevious work as a trainee solicitor, practicing lawyer or paralegal
- 5+ years of recent (immediately prior) experience in either:
- a similar role for a legal talent or recruiting agency
- the professional development or marketing function of a global law firm
- Alternative experience:7+ years of cummulative experience in roles involving:
- audience retention and engagement
- event planning
- social-media management
- learning and development of professionals
- customer service
