🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing recruiting plans to meet our client’s staffing needs.
• Reviewing and qualifying the incoming applications (candidates).
• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through effective recruitment campaigns.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles.
• Maintaining a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for future job opportunities.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Improving the internal recruitment process to make it more effective and efficient.

🎓 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a Fintech sector, with a track record of successful placements.
• Excellent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Russian and any of EU languages would be considered as a big advantage.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate selection methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team spirit.
