Part Time TA Projects Facilitator (3 month part-time Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: £28,000 (pro rated/annum), based on 20 hours/week
3 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential for extension

Right now, we’re looking for our next future shapers and experience makers to join our Talent Team in a remote role with ad hoc visits to our Datchet location required.
As a TA & Compliance Advisor, you’ll make a vital contribution to a fast paced, dynamic role supporting our contact centre and Corporate teams, by recruiting and onboarding the best talent available to us.

Desirable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Must have 12 months experience in a TA/recruiter role inc sourcing, interviewing, evaluation and onboarding including compliance and RTW checks
- Assist the TA team in setting up new systems and processes & KPI board reporting
- Work with the TA team to open additional channels of hire to support volume recruiting
- Work with the TA Lead on diversifying new channels of hire
- Work with the team on new projects inc AI in TA
- Assist with activating job roles across multiple platforms, screening candidates and first-stage/qualifying candidates
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, people-focused with a ‘can do’/solutions approach attitude
- You recognise the need for, and display commitment to, developing a well- rounded knowledge of our strategy, goals, values and people
- You will be able to spot opportunities to improve our processes, and collaboratively create new approaches
- Highly tech savvy, organised, a self-starter
- Ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external contacts at all levels
