Your role in our team
Provide remote technical support to the customer in the resolution of problems arising from errors or incorrect operation of the system, in each technical area (electro-mechanics, automation, informatics), according to the levels of contracted service.
Key Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES (HOTLINE)
Coordinate and manage the service team. Permanently monitor the intervention records at the quality of service level (e.g., response times) and
quality of information (e.g., cause of errors and solution)
Changing service or resolution priorities whenever necessary.
Communication with Engineering or other departments of the company taking into account the support needed to solve problems.
Development and management of performance indicators related to this service.
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION
Identify business opportunities during the contracts, in order to promote additional gains derived from unforeseen needs and thereby increase the
potential value of the project and the financial profitability of the area.
ANOMALIES REPORTS
Coordinate and validate the anomalies reports prepared by the technical team, where the detailed information on the various anomalies is identified
as well the technical proposal for resolution and correction are reflected.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. Ensure compliance with the company’s policy
for quality, environment and safety.
REPORTING
Ensure the reporting of area management information (performance indicators) in order to provide the necessary information for decision-making
processes.
Your Profile
- Advanced Relevant college degree, namely in Software Engineering or similar;
- Advanced knowledge of database programming languages (PL/SQL and Transact-SQL)
- Advanced knowledge of databases (Oracle and SqlServer)
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Languages (C#)
- Knowledge of Web technologies (ASP.net, .Net Core, HTML, JavaScript, CCS, etc.)
- English fluent, both verbal and written;
- Proactive team player with strong organization skills;
- Analytical and Results Oriented mindset.
