Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring content is planned and scheduled in advance to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate ideation, content creation, and scheduling across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, and Google My Business.
• Publish posts, manage profiles, and optimise accounts to drive engagement and performance.
• Handle aspects of community management, including monitoring and responding to comments and messages when needed.
• Use scheduling software and social media tools to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across channels.
• Manage Meta Business Suite, including profile integrations, access control, optimisations, and verifications.
• Collaborate closely with clients, guiding them towards their social media goals while ensuring they meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and solutions with a creative, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Experience working across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Email, and Google My Business.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and other social media management platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines consistently.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique strategies tailored to each brand’s needs.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate clients to stay on track.
• Agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience working with Ecommerce brands and email marketing is a bonus.
