This particular role will sit within our pre-sales team, working closely with a group of sales executives. You will support with fact-find calls, then incorporate what’s been uncovered to deliver well-planned solution demonstrations that are tailored to solving the pain points of your particular new business prospect.

This role is a home-based contract, with travel across the UK. The role would suit someone who is highly motivated and comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders, and prospects, ranging from system end-users to C-Level stakeholders and project sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Support the enablement of the sales teams to ensure a high level of expertise and consistency.
- To prepare and deliver high quality MHR solution demonstrations and workshops to prospects.
- To drive solution-based selling focusing on the benefits and values MHR’s one portfolio can offer.
- Actively participating in opportunity discovery and sales strategy sessions.
- To incorporate new solution releases and supporting systems and developments into the demonstration environment.
- To assist with the timely and accurate completion of sales bids, where required.
- Build working relationships with new business and customer relationship managers.
- Generate relationships with key areas of the business to maintain knowledge of up-and-coming development and functionality.
- Staying current on industry trends and developments.
- Proven experience in presentation skills to wide audiences is essential.
Key Skills
- HR & Payroll subject knowledge, including experience of delivering software sales demonstrations, or customer-facing consultancy services.
- Strong Presentation skills are essential.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Problem solving aptitude.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Analytics software (such as PowerBI) experience is beneficial but not essential.
