IF YOU ARE

• Proficient in establishing consistent project management processes within the project
• Skilled in establishing, managing, and regularly improving service and process-related metrics
• Experienced in managing project-related day-to-day operational activities
• Strong in leading and guiding teams of engineers to drive them, decompose the complexity of tasks, communicate, and convince
• Professional in facilitating project roadmap creation
• Good at establishing proper communication with the client’s technical team and product owner
• Experienced in motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging direct subordinates
• Proficient in mitigation of conflicts and communication problems arising within services
• The one who can provide project status reports to the stakeholders in business language, while communicating on technical aspects of the project with architects and the engineering leadership team
• Proficient in identifying the resources required for successful project execution, such as hardware, software, and infrastructure
• An advanced German speaker, well-versed in the language for business-related needs

AND YOU WANT TO

• Manage teams of engineers on a day-to-day basis within the SCRUM framework: moderate requirements decomposition, scope items estimation, and WBS development
• Facilitate communication with the product owner and engineering team on requirements, priorities, and delivery milestones
• Perform risk assessment, define dependencies and assumptions, review technical specifications and architecture documentation, facilitate communication with the architecture team on identified discrepancies or potential risks
• Manage project scope, maintaining timely identification of scope changes, analyzing their impact on schedule and budget, and proper communication to Change Review Board and project stakeholders
• Define and gather project health metrics
• Oversee project advancement, ensuring alignment with pre-established customer milestones, and providing regular project status updates to stakeholders
• Review team performance, timely identify, and remove roadblocks on the team’s way to success
• Manage the client’s expectations: monitor and contribute to the increase of CSAT, facilitate project-related client communication at all levels
• Ensure the effectiveness of the project team structure
