Cycling UK is seeking to grow and develop both business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) products and services which will either remain within the Product and Sales team or be embedded across the organisation.

Your focus will be on delivery. Working with colleagues across the charity, you will manage the end-to-end process of setting up and taking new products and services to market, some of which will remain in the team for you to deliver, whilst others will be embedded elsewhere in the charity.

You will deliver excellent customer service, cultivating new sales leads where appropriate. You will maintain our CRM, systems and processes ensuring smooth digital customer journeys.
