Motors team vision: Create the most effective and intuitive vehicle buying, owning and selling experience.

The European Motors Team is developing the Vertical Motors Platforms for many valuable markets figuring many millions in revenue. Among our brands you can find Otomoto.pl in Poland, Autovit.ro in Romania, and in Portugal, Standvirtual.com . You will help enable our organization to scale efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, goals, success metrics and roadmaps (short and long term) for your team/scope.
• Build a product that is ‘loved’ by our users. Drive a great customer experience, continually raising the bar on quality, functionality and usability.
• Identify user needs through various methods of research (quantitative, qualitative, product analysis, market insights, competitor benchmarking,…). Also responsible for data analysis, experimentation, and reporting on your product area to drive changes and improvements to the user experience.
• Responsible for ensuring a high quality user experience with our products by applying technical awareness and understanding of technical risks, both in short term and long.
• Inspire your teams, stakeholders and build alignment around your plans. Also actively work with your team in the delivery of the roadmap.

Who We’re Looking For

• You have at least 5 years experience in product management, thrived and built great consumer product experiences as a senior/ lead product manager, at a high-traffic Internet or e-commerce company
• You are experienced in delivering impressive features at scale that drive large swings in key metrics
• You strive to understand and delight your users
• You are experienced in data driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making
• You take full end-to-end responsibility for your product, including hands on work. Work independently with support and coaching from the Head of Product, whom you will be reporting to.
• You value collaboration and diverse and inclusive teams
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral communication skills. You are required to be proficient in English.
