The Role:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage the end-to-end processes process with focus on Poland, Spain and Austria. You’ll engage directly with the client, where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

We are looking for an individual with strong engineering, R&D or IT background.

Key Accountabilities:

You’ll support our success by:

  • Leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Sourcing Candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates.
  • Facilitating the Interview and selection process.
  • Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities.
  • Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Identifying process improvements and managing Client expectations.
  • Ensuring Candidate and Hiring Manager great experience by frequent updates and communication.
  • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
  • Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
  • Participating in the market mapping projects.

Skills & Experience:

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in managing European end-to-end recruitment processes within engineering, IT or R&D sector.
  • Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
  • Excellent English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience of working with SeekOut would be an asset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach.
