Job Description

Your role:

  • Support the operations of 3 countries by continuously maintaining and scaling up Salesforce-based processes for the following topics: leads, acquisition, quality, onboarding, account management, integrations with other systems.
  • Define global standards and own best practices across all our markets
  • Be the countries’ first point of contact, manage stakeholders and set expectations
  • Manage day-to-day operational requests coming from users, prioritize and solve them by collaborating with our teams
  • Reconcile countries’ needs and technical capabilities, translate business needs into product requirements
  • Closely collaborate with our local operations to drive process implementation and adoption
  • Map out processes and update user documentation
  • Report to the Head of Product Business & Operations

Qualifications

Your skills:

  • You have several years of practical experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)
  • You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize
  • You have strong communication skills: you can interact with very senior level executives and you can deal with multiple stakeholders
  • You have extensive project management skills
  • Language skills: Fluent in English is mandatory. French and/or German language is a strong advantage.

Experience with marketplace is desirable
