What does the role involve?

Working with a determined and passionate Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts across the UK. You will build strong, sustainable relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include

  • Manage deal origination and execution across new and existing Novuna customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Undertake a full assessment of the customer/proposals and create detailed reports.
  • Execute a customer contact strategy and undertake regular account reviews.
  • Ensure Sales targets are met and maintained.

Ideally we are looking for a candidate based in the Midlands or in the north of England but are open to applications across the UK.

What are we looking for?

You will be a natural-born networker and have an active presence on professional social platforms. You enjoy building new and strong relationships with your customers and come with great attention to detail in identifying new opportunities for business growth. You will be a self-starter, as well as being able to work as part of a tight-knit and focused sales team, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales metrics.

Also, We’re Looking For The Following

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team.
  • Knowledge of asset finance & and understanding of financial accounts
  • Innovative thinking in respect of new routes to market and emerging sectors
