The Role:

Oxfam Great Britain is looking for a Roving International Human Resources Business Partner. This role provides generalist HR Business Partner (HRBP) support in respect of closing country operations. To support country HR colleagues through direct resolution of recruitment challenges, high risk Employee Relations matters and related issues, and coaching and training to develop capability and enhance performance, both at a distance and through regular travel to countries.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Experience in generalist HR Business Partnering with senior management teams to deliver the people agenda for the business, providing a proactive and solutions-focused service.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions, mitigate risk and drive change.
  • Complex case management experience.
  • Experience of managing and delivering HR projects.
  • Working knowledge and experience of international labour law and its application, particularly in countries where Oxfam works.
