Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to manage various risk topics, including market arbitrage, risk analysis, and vault performance assessments. This role will also involve developing and implementing reward distribution strategies.

Mission & Responsibilities

As a Risk Analyst, your main tasks will include:

• Supporting integrators and assessing their performance, providing strategic guidance for long-term sustainability through in-depth market studies.
• Developing tools in collaboration with the integration team to optimize market efficiency.
• Assisting in the deployment of new markets and vaults.
• Owning the development of risk tools for risk curators.
• Providing guidance and support for risk-related projects.
• Managing the MORPHO rewards distribution strategies.
• Tracking MORPHO tokens across various venues and types of holders.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

Risk & Finance

• **Risk Expertise:** 4-5 years of experience in risk and quantitative analysis, including mathematical and statistical modeling.
• **Market Understanding:** Strong knowledge of market operations, price discovery, and liquidity.
• **Game Theory:** Ability to conceptualize and model user behavior.

DeFi

• **Tokenomics:** Experience in launching tokens, token distribution, and incentive mechanisms.
• **DeFi Understanding:** In-depth knowledge of DeFi principles.
• **Analytics Tools:** Familiarity with blockchain explorers and DeFi analytics platforms like Dune Analytics.

Technical Skills

• **System Modeling:** Proficiency in using Python for modeling systems and conducting data analysis.
• **Back Testing:** Experience in conducting back-testing for financial models.
• **Version Control:** Proficient in Git, Python, and SQL/Dune Analytics.

Key Competencies

• Proven ability to conduct impactful research.
