Ipsos is seeking a Region Coordinator to join our Field Department in Operations. This is a full-time, home-based role, offering you the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK.
What will I be doing?
As a Region Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role by managing and supporting a team of interviewers across the UK. Your team will conduct surveys with people in their homes, gathering valuable insights on behalf of our clients, including government bodies, media outlets, national companies, and charities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assigning and monitoring fieldwork to ensure project deadlines are met
- Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of data
- Managing the performance and bookings of your team of interviewers
- Keeping management systems updated daily
- Collaborating with project teams to meet weekly targets
What do I need to bring with me?
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
- A knack for influencing, motivating, and developing others
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand data trends
- Proficiency in Excel
- A positive can-do attitude to challenges
