So, what’s the role all about?
A leading member of the Global Real Estate and Facility team, overseeing NICE Real Estate portfolio (site selection, lease negotiations, construction). Manage the EMEA facilities team of office managers. Partner and work with regional site managers, HR functions, IT, Procurement and Finance within the job needs. Ensure reliable cost-effective services are provided according to best practice Balance between service SLA and financial optimization.
How will you make an impact?
- Manage Real Estate and facilities across NICE.
- Manage annual budget and the ongoing spending optimization and tracking.
- Manage, Develop, implement and maintain a systematic Real Estate portfolio and support with lease-related activities – including lease renewals, termination, exit point, etc.). Prepare business cases assessing different scenarios and balancing the business needs with the financial optimization. Prepare and drive reviews and presentations with the executive team.
- In the Post Covid Era the Real Estate and Facilities will manage the alignment of Nice Flex attendance policy with the infrastructure needs
- Real Estate database management
- Manage a team of 3-6 facilities professionals and office managers as well as sub-contractors and consultants.
- Partner and work with regional site managers, HR functions, IT, Procurement and Finance within the job needs.
- Ensure reliable cost-effective services are provided according to best practice Balance between service SLA and financial optimization.
- Operate and maintain facilities in a manner compliant with corporate and statutory health and safety policies, regulations and procedures.
Have you got what it takes?
- Economic, Business Management or similar degree – mandatory
- Law degree / attorney – advantage
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate and Facilities senior roles
- Proven experience in preparing and managing complex budgets.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Team player, proactive, result oriented, with a “can-do” attitude in meeting critical deadlines.
- Experience with global corporate activities
- Flexible approach to travel and hours worked.
- Negotiation skills
