WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that empowers employers to enable employees to work from anywhere without encountering compliance risks. 150+ clients are using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others.

We’re actively seeking talented product manager to help us create work-from-anywhere compliance software for employers worldwide. In this role, you will work closely with the product team to manage the detailed execution of projects, from writing specific requirement documents to ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

🎯 What you will do

• You will join the product team where coordination between stakeholders, including developers, UI/UX designers, founders, and customers is key.
• Continuously review and improve internal processes and team collaboration, experience implementing and optimizing product management tools is a plus.
• Explore the world of our customers, understand their needs, and translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance the customer journey and drive growth.
• Convert product ideas into detailed requirements and actionable tasks. Develop clear, compelling prototypes and ensure a smooth transition from concept to execution.
• Focus on executing tasks based on their business and customer impact. Ensure effective prioritization to guide the team toward achieving tangible results.
• Take the lead in orchestrating product launches, working with management, sales, and cross-functional teams to achieve seamless rollouts.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• Proven experience in product management within the B2B SaaS industry, with a strong track record of executing detailed product development tasks.
• Experience with HRIS and/or travel tech products is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills to guarantee the shipping of solutions with the right balance between quality standards and delivery time.
• A customer-centric approach; must be able to transform customer feedback and behavior into opportunities that will contribute to our growth.
• A detail-oriented approach with a passion for hands-on execution and problem-solving. Comfort with navigating uncertainties in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely, ability to adapt your language according to the technical skills of the listener.
• Basic knowledge of databases, simple debugging, and familiarity with Java and Angular (no specific programming skills required).
• Because of the nature of the role, preference would be that you are located no more than 4 hours away from GMT+1 (CET) time zone.
