What will you do?

As a Principal we offer the opportunity to play a key role in creating the blueprint for dss+. You will be at the forefront of delivering sustainable solutions to top clients in various markets and industries. You will gain external credibility by working for a recognized leader in our field. You will have the opportunity to influence the way we work and our go-to-market strategy.

  • You will develop and maintain a sustainable relationship with existing and prospective clients at C-level, primarily across UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • You’ll challenge our leadership, question our thinking and find new and innovative ways to deepen our client-relationships and grow our value proposition beyond existing offerings
  • You must think as an owner and expand our business to new service offerings, industries and markets
  • You identify opportunities to develop intellectual capital (point of views, white papers, etc.)
  • You will build the firm’s reputation externally by taking part in industry / functional networks and developing / sharing best practices
  • You will lead and direct teams, and oversee the overall quality of the project delivery
  • You will mentor members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client.

More specifically, you will:

  • Take an active leadership role in delivering the strategic plan in the market and continually grow a diversified engagement pipeline within target industries.
  • Manage and enhance relationship with clients, with the objective of positioning the company as a trusted partner. Identify and pursue additional business opportunities.
  • Manage the execution of multiple co-current complex consulting engagements to ensure the project and deliverables meet or exceed the client’s requirements and expectations, delivering superior value to clients.
  • Participate and contribute to functional and/or industry networks to develop and share best practice.
  • Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their development within the organization.
  • Consistently acting with integrity and acquiring new expertise/skills valuable to the firm as required to remain relevant and competitive.

Job requirements

Who are you?

To be successful in this position, you would bring the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years working with a leading management consulting firm, combined with hands-on experience in oil and gas and/or petrochemical.
  • Proven experience in leading complex business / operations transformation programs characterized by both a high change management component and delivering rapid, step change sustainable results across multiple workstreams.
  • Proven track record of generating and maintaining a consistent client base.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to extensively interact and be a thought leader at the Executive level.
  • Ability to manage diverse and remote team and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
  • Accept approximate 60% travel.
