As Pricing Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic pricing initiatives across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for analysing pricing data, monitoring market trends, and recommending pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market penetration while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

To be successful in this role you will have price or financial analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, experience working with ERP and CRM systems and great communication skills. You will be able to work proactively and autonomously to manage complex commercial analytical activities and projects and confident in defining and presenting business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed pricing analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods to recommend pricing strategies for new and existing products
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop pricing dashboards that support business decision making and strategic insights
• Monitor the impact of pricing decisions on sales and profitability and suggest adjustments as needed
• Support the preparation and execution of price proposals for key accounts and tender submissions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and regulations across the EMEA region
• Develop and generate regular pricing reports and dashboards for management review
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to pricing optimization and margin improvement

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in price analysis and optimization, financial analysis, or a related field
• Educational background in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Finance or related field
• Understanding of practices and principles of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis
• Attention to detail and financial acumen
• Qlik Sense, Power BI, Power query, SQL, R, Python experience would be advantageous
