Objective
To help Director of AI Engineering & Partner to solve all personal tasks
Areas of Responsibilities
- Personal
- Appointments
- Health management (e.g., booking doctor appointments, managing medication schedules)
- Wellness and fitness coordination (e.g., scheduling personal training or yoga sessions, coordinating meal plans)
- Managing other appointments (i.e. classes, meetups, conferences, etc)
- Information
- Backlog grooming (i.e. sorting tasks according to the projects, filling in appropriate fields, adjusting priorities)
- Research (e.g., investigating vacation destinations, staying updated on school policies regarding COVID, learning about child development for our three-year-old daughter, understanding the process of surrogacy)
- Personal SOPs and processes organization (i.e. creating new tables in Notion and templates for recurring tasks)
- Lifestyle
- Project management (e.g., overseeing the installation of solar panels on our roof, coordinating the construction of a treehouse in Tahoe, assisting with the construction of a new estate)
- Estate management & administration (e.g., organizing governing documents, paying bills, creating a maintenance calendar for various properties, setting up a P.O. Box, and redirecting all mail to this address)
- Holiday maximization (e.g., finding enjoyable holiday activities, purchasing and setting up holiday decorations, storing decorations after the holidays)
- Travel planning & logistics (e.g., organizing a romantic weekend for two in wine country, planning a family reunion in an exotic international location)
- Personal shopping and Household shopping (e.g., replenishing supplies and groceries)
- Finances
- Financial management (e.g., budgeting, tax preparation, managing investments)
- Relationships
- Friend & family relations (e.g., handling the holiday card process from start to finish, creating a birthday calendar, scheduling visits with Grandma)
- Event planning & logistics (e.g., arranging dinners with friends, planning family events like birthday parties)
- Public
- Personal branding tasks (e.g., managing social media accounts, public relations)
- Corporate
- Scheduling and calendar ownership (i.e. coordinating meetings, defining agenda, managing priority in case of multiple bookings)

- Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in the tech industry for at least 1.5 years
