  • Sisters Amelia and Lydia were inspired to build ivee after watching one of their parents struggle to return to work. They set out on a mission to address the unjust penalties faced by parents for taking career breaks – penalties that often halt their professional journeys altogether.
  • Through ivee, you can gain access to a like-minded community of returners and connect with those on a similar journey through webinars and events (coffee mornings, wine tastings and more!). Plus, you’ll find guides, templates and resources to help you on your return-to-work journey.

The roles:

At ivee, you’ll be introduced to a mix of marketing roles, including (but not limited to!):

  • Content Marketing Manager: Essential in today’s digital world, Content Marketing Specialists drive brand awareness and engagement through compelling content. This role is perfect if you have a knack for storytelling, are creative, and enjoy researching and producing various types of content. It’s an excellent opportunity for rapid career development, leading to positions like Content Manager or Head of Content Marketing.
  • Digital Marketing Manager: If you’re data-driven, analytical, and have a passion for insights that drive marketing strategies, this role is for you. Digital Marketing Analysts play a crucial role in understanding market trends, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. It’s a path that offers significant growth potential, leading to senior analytical roles or strategic marketing positions.
  • Social Media Manager: This role is central to managing a brand’s presence on social media platforms. If you’re creative, enjoy engaging with communities, and are adept at creating content that resonates with different audiences, the Social Media Manager role offers a dynamic and impactful career path. It’s the first step towards leadership roles in social media strategy and digital marketing management.

What types of flexibility are offered on ivee?

  • Hybrid: A blend of remote and in-office work, allowing employees to choose where they work best.
  • Compressed Hours: Employees work the same total hours but in fewer days, such as a four-day workweek.
  • Flexitime: Flexible start and end times, giving employees control over their work schedules.
  • 4-Day Week: Employees work four days a week instead of five, offering an extra day off while maintaining full-time status.
