About The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Specialist coaches to join our Extended Network Coach team at BetterUp.

The ideal candidate is familiar with and has advanced training in Clinical Nutrition.

You’ll have experience helping each person understand how they are feeling and why and provide them with the support they need in the moments they need them most — the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

By utilizing coaching, science, and our first-in-class technology to shape better leaders, build more resilient teams, and achieve lasting organizational transformation, BetterUp Specialist Coaches help members to enhance their well-being and manage stress through directive support at critical moments of life.

What you’ll do:

• Join an international, diverse, and passionate community of Coaches who are helping people everywhere live their lives with more clarity, purpose, and passion.
• Partner with members in formulating their specific health and wellness goals and make expert recommendations on what would work best for them in the parameters of their lifestyle.
• Provide members with personalized, data-driven nutrition coaching that helps them move towards their goals and experience positive shifts in well-being.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

• Native-Level Proficiency in French
• Registered Dietician Nutritionist
• Functional Nutrition Counselor
• Minimum of 4 years of coaching or consulting experience
• Ability to drive member engagement and outcomes by leveraging technology
• Passionate about coaching techniques based on research to drive outcomes
