What you will do:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Follow up with a thorough needs’ assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Turn every customer into a happy customer
- Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues

What you will bring:
- Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish
- Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
- Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as a problem-solving mentality
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Resourcefulness – the ability to multitask
- A positive and adventurous attitude
- A sponge that is willing to soak up all the knowledge and experience we offer
