The Role

In this role you’ll LOVE social media, in fact you’ll be a social media MAESTRO with your design eye for creating visually appealing content with a strong aesthetic sense. You’ll strategically plan, create and schedule engaging content across platforms to increase brand awareness, follower growth and engagement. As a COMMUNITY BUILDER you’ll actively engage with our audience, writing compelling copy, posts, blogs and vlogs that resonate and intrigue. You’ll be our BRAND CHAMPION living and breathing who we are across all platforms and materials. As a CREATIVE COLLABORATOR you’ll work with sales and marketing colleagues to brainstorm and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

About You

We’re looking for someone whose absolutely OBSESSED with marketing and social media, with experience of working with sales teams to support delivery of targets through innovative and engaging marketing activities such as creating social media strategies, developing content and collateral that build communities. As a DIGITAL NATIVE you’ll have experience of working in various platforms and analysing data to support marketing activities. You’ll be a STRONG COMMUNICATOR with a conversational style that you’re able to adapt to resonate with our various audiences. You’ll thrive on COLLABORATING with others and you’ll get a kick out of working as part of a team. As a SELF-STARTER, you’ll be TRUSTED to work autonomously and take responsibility for figuring out the best way to deliver and smash your targets!

• Starting salary of £24,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Hours of work – you can choose your own hours, providing you’re around when stakeholders need you and clock up 37.5 hours per week
