We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join our dynamic Learning and Development Team.

Travel across the UK is required with regular nights away to deliver training.

As our Learning & Development Business Partner, you will assess development needs across the business, design & develop training interventions and deliver training sessions across the UK. You will be able to identify the strategic significance of the interventions you offer and review the learning outcomes.

You will be contributing to the L&D Strategy that aligns with the business priorities through the design, delivery and evaluation of a range of learning interventions, that cover skills, knowledge and behaviours associated with Sales Development, Commercial Understanding and Leadership Programmes, including: ​

  • Sales Development​
  • Leadership​
  • Onboarding​
  • Use digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes​
  • Applying adult learning theories to ensure colleagues get the best out of their development​

Supporting Apprentices, and driving the engagement with Professional Development Programmes including:

  • Career development​
  • Creating and demonstrating a coaching culture in the organisation​
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to the workplace​
  • Learning outcomes​
  • Pre & Post course evaluations​

Skills Set for Success:

Ideally you will be an experienced L&D Business Partner and hold a CIPD in Training Practice or L&D Equivalent, or have solid, demonstrable working experience within a L&D delivery role.

In addition, if you hold a qualification in, or have a transferable understanding of Psychological tools alongside coaching skills & stakeholder management this would be an added benefit.
