About The Role
As the Salesforce Developer Lead within our Go-to-Market Applications team supporting Sales Operations, you will be a driver of CrowdStrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. Our team consists of business analysts, developers, and testers building the next generation of sales tools to drive CrowdStrike growth to $10 billion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of developers and grow the team as needed
- Understand the integration with Middleware tools & Cloud based Data Warehouse.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, testers, and leadership teams on requirements, strategy, and priorities for development
- Lead discovery sessions to evaluate solution options for Salesforce Enterprise Territory management business needs.
- Provide detailed estimates for assigned tasks
- Own solution delivery from technical design to production release
- Write concise, well-crafted code and unit tests, following industry best practices and company standards
- Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience and an excellent command of development tools and Salesforce capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Security minded and strong working knowledge of vulnerabilities around Enterprise Territory Management, SOQL, Apex, Flows, LWC, and other areas of the platform that can be leveraged by bad actors
- Fanatical focus on the seller and partner experience
