Project Description

For this project, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to create and improve quality assurance, overall development, and release processes. In addition, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the QA Auto Framework in a way that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with testing and debugging software;
• Help establish and coordinate quality assurance workflows;
• Manage quality assurance of current multiple React-based customer facing websites, internal tools sites, and AWS back-end infrastructure;
• Ensure compliance with current WCAG or similar standards for users with disabilities;
• Monitor the quality and performance of current websites on a daily basis through automated tests and other processes;
• Determine and maintain a list of supported devices, operating systems, and minimum browser versions;
• Ensure coverage of supported user devices, operating systems, and browser versions through a combination of automated tests, manual tests, and external testing services if necessary;
• Help develop a working CI/CD pipeline for appropriate products;
• Suggest improvements to software development processes and to customer facing products;

Job Requirements

• 8+ years Quality Assurance experience;
• 3+ years of management experience;
• Experience testing public-facing high-traffic websites with thousands of users per hour;
• Knowledge of coding languages like Java and JavaScript;
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and ability to lead process improvement;
• Experience with React-based websites for desktop and mobile devices;
• Experience with database validation and with big data;
• Experience with automated testing using Selenium or a similar product;
• Experience with GitLab deployment and launching automated tests;
• Experience with Agile development, Jira, and Zephyr Scale;
• Understanding of the scalability and performance of large systems and data security;
• Experience managing a team of quality assurance engineers;
• Level of English – from Intermediate (spoken/written);
