You will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process by identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of job positions. Your exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and passion for discovering the right talent will contribute significantly to our team’s success.

How your day will look like:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Initiate phone calls to potential candidates to introduce them to job opportunities and gauge their interest.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates, ensuring they align with our company’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
  • Provide a brief overview of the company, job roles, and expectations during conversations with the candidates.
  • Uphold a positive and professional company image during candidate interactions.

Requirements

Check, if you qualify:

  • Previous recruitment experience of at least 1 year (internship experience will be considered), or a strong desire to learn and excel in the recruitment field.
  • Demonstrated ability to make a minimum of 80 calls per day to potential candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • People-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the recruitment process and identifying top-tier candidates, or enthusiasm to learn about candidate profiles and potential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Desire to contribute to our company’s growth by ensuring we bring in the best-fit candidates.
