Junior Account Manager

For all positions like Junior Account Manager, we offer a paid 6-month internship contract (£3.000 per month) with the intention of permanent employment.

You’ll have the opportunity to receive daily training through on-the-job training, work either at one of our offices or fully remote for as long as you wish and be provided with a state-of-the-art MacBook.

Responsibilities:

Within the team, you may be responsible for one or more of the following tasks:

• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring continuous satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Communication: Regular communication with customers via phone, email, or events to understand their needs and promptly address questions and issues.
• Customer Request Management: Efficient management of customer requests, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and meet customer needs.
• Sales Reporting: Monitoring sales metrics and preparing periodic reports on account performance for management and the customer.
• Customer Growth Support: Providing advice and suggestions to customers to maximize the value of their investments and support their business growth.

Contract and Compensation:

For this position, we offer a 6-month paid internship contract of £3.000 per month, with the goal of permanent employment or apprenticeship.

Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, and your compensation will increase rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into a greater impact for the company.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a graduate, even without experience, in in economics, humanities, psychology, HR (Human Resources), political science, law, communication, or related fields. Selection Process:

• CV Screening: The first step involves a review of the curriculum vitae (usually within 20 days of application).
• Phone Interview: The second step includes a call with our HR Manager, lasting about 15 minutes.
• Video Interview: The final step is a video call with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, with at least 45 minutes allocated for the interview.
