We are actively seeking a motivated Middle IT Recruiter to become part of our remote team, managing the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish. This role offers a fantastic chance for a skilled recruiter with a solid background in identifying and recruiting premier talent within the IT and software development industries.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret job and project descriptions to source and attract the right candidates for various roles
  • Utilize job boards and social media platforms to publicize vacancies and reach a wide array of applicants
  • Screen applications to determine suitability based on job criteria
  • Perform detailed interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with company culture
  • Offer well-considered recommendations to aid in the decision-making and hiring processes
  • Keep a detailed record of candidate evaluations, feedback, and communication histories
  • Act as the main contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct experience in IT recruitment, with a proven ability to identify and secure top IT professionals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key IT technologies, including Java, Front-End, DevOps, .NET, and testing
  • Skilled in using Boolean and X-ray search techniques for efficient candidate identification and engagement
  • Proficient in utilizing unconventional candidate search platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, Kaggle, and various chat groups like Telegram and Slack
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Commitment to achieving and surpassing recruitment KPIs in a target-driven setting
  • Experienced in using sophisticated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize the recruitment workflow
  • Data-centric recruitment approach, employing analytics to refine and improve hiring methods
  • Capable of managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial requirement gathering to candidate induction
  • Strong English communication skills at a B2 level for effective collaboration and interaction

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or tech stacks
  • Experience with AI-enhanced recruitment tools and platforms for improved candidate sourcing and evaluation
  • Prior involvement with technical assessments and coding tests to gauge candidates’ technical expertise
