We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s overall HR functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as providing assistance and guidance to employees and management. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting and hiring new talent, as well as developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and administer HR programs and policies.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and administering disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Support the recruitment and hiring process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop, implement, and deliver training programs to enhance employee development.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address staffing needs and ensure workforce planning strategies are in place.
  • Administer benefit programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions and issues.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
