Your Role Defined

Mission: Attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with Belle Muse’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment process, collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop competency tests and interview protocols, manage the shortlisting of candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Onboarding: Develop and manage the onboarding process, set up new hires in company systems and tools, and coordinate with direct managers to ensure smooth role-specific onboarding.
  • Performance Management: Establish and maintain a structured performance management system, develop clear performance metrics to track employee progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Implement feedback systems and facilitate regular and structured feedback sessions.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll calculations and ensure timely payments.
  • Exit Management: Develop and manage a formal exit process and ensure smooth offboarding.
  • Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for career growth and development for team members.
  • Culture Building: Promote and embody Belle Muse’s core values in all HR practices.

Your KPIs: We heavily believe in data — these will be the KPIs your success will be measured by:

  • Time to Hire: Average number of days from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Quality of Hire: Performance ratings of new hires after X months.
  • New Hire Retention Rate: Percentage of new hires who remain with the company after X months.
  • Time to Productivity: Average time taken for new hires to reach full productivity.
  • Employee Performance Scores: Average performance rating across the entire team.

Outcomes: We will measure your success for your time with us by the following practical outcomes, amongst others:

  • Optimize and streamline the existing recruitment process: Achieve a 20% reduction in the average time to hire by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Develop a formal onboarding system: Create a comprehensive onboarding program, including checklists and training materials.
  • Create a performance management system strategy: Develop and present a detailed strategy and system plan for a performance management framework with metrics and review schedules.
  • Develop formal feedback mechanisms strategy: Create and present a comprehensive strategy and plan for the feedback system and schedule.

Location: While this is a remote role, we prefer to work with people in Europe.

Commitment: We’re looking for an intrapreneur for this top-level role. You need to work a minimum of 50 hours per week and lead your team as if it was your own business.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree (Preferred, not required)
  • 3-5 years of equivalent experience
