Kiwa UK is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead in the development and execution of Kiwa UK’s marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

In this role you will be responsibility for overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, product marketing, brand management, market research, and public relations.

About the role

  • Strategy – Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee Kiwa UK’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with service launches, sales initiatives, and business objectives
  • Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team. Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.
  • Brand Management – Maintain Kiwa UK’s brand identity and implement brand positioning strategies to boost market presence and customer engagement.
  • Market Research – Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand trends, and gauge customer needs. Analyse competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Digital Marketing – Oversee SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies. Utilise digital tools to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to improve ROI.
  • Budget Management – Develop and manage the marketing budget. Monitor expenditures to achieve maximum impact.
  • Collaboration -Work with Central Services, Business Units, Business Development, and Corporate Marketing Team. Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Collaborate with HR to achieve great employer branding content.
  • Public Relations – Manage public relations efforts and media relationships. Develop internal and external communications strategies.
  • Performance Tracking – Establish KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends and seek innovative approaches to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Significant experience in marketing roles and/or senior leadership position
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, experience in building, mentoring and leading high performing marketing teams
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals
  • Leading by example in relationship to Kiwa values and behaviours
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company goals.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong experience in brand development and management, with a proven ability to build and maintain a strong brand identity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets, with a focus on maximizing ROI
  • Financial acumen and the ability to allocate resources effectively
