As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in hiring top talent for SoftwareOne’s Software & Cloud Services. You will work closely with stakeholders, providing business-partnering support and contributing to the Global Talent Acquisition Team’s efforts to become a world-class, market recognised function.

  • Define all roles fully with line manager and prepare job spec and adverts
  • Manager end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within S&C, sourcing the best candidates for our role.
  • Utilise iCIMS and other recruitment tools effectively to manage candidates
  • Produce relevant management information (MI) for stakeholders, working closely with TA Leads to advise on recruitment trends and issues.
  • Contribute to Employee Branding initiatives
  • Contribute to Global TA projects and other People & Culture (P&C) initiatives, such as Benchmarking, Internal Talent, Diversity etc

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience working in recruitment ideally a blend of in-house/RPO and agency/search side.
  • Proven track record in recruiting in the Technology industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong experience of using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software (e.g. LinkedIn and other advertising, search, assessment and social media tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Passion for creativity and constantly looking for new ways of working
  • Experience in working across multiple geographies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise on best practices and achieve great outcomes for SoftwareOne and its talent!
