What You’ll Be Doing
- Assists in the administration of the annual merit planning processes and various employee incentive programs including the calculation and audit of the payouts
- Support the set-up, testing and administration of various compensation processes in Company systems
- Audits, evaluates and updates market reference ranges in compensation system and HRIS and conducts market analysis of company jobs
- Participates in providing organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation salary surveys, evaluates survey sources
- Provides consultation and training to People Services Partners regarding compensation policies, practices and guidelines
- Supports HRIS team with system testing and audits to ensure the HR system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes in job titles, salary grades, salaries, job codes, bonus plans, etc.
- Monitors local pay issues and maintains appropriate geographic differentials
What We Are Searching For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or international equivalent in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- Min. 2-4 years of experience as a Global Compensation/Reward Analyst or HR Generalist with exposure to how data driven pay decisions are made and annual pay review processes
- Experience with Workday is preferred
- Experience with Payscale MarketPay will be an asset
- Strong MS Excel skills (V-lookup, Pivot)
- Experience in benchmarking data
- Fluent verbal and written English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical, with high level of attention to detail, data driven and able to draw conclusions and make recommendations for business decisions based on data insights
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, self-motivated and able to multitask to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environment with changing priorities
