The Sui network is experiencing hyperbolic growth in adoption for its applications in finance, gaming, sports, media, identity, and ESG among many other use cases.
We are building a world-class team of Program Managers and Operations professionals who will equip builders, support key partnerships, and drive ecosystem growth.
This role will be hybrid out of our Athens, Greece office.
What you’ll do:
- Drive funding initiatives through partner engagement, project evaluation/decision making and end to end management.
- Oversee multiple projects and funding programs, ensuring they collectively contribute to the Sui Foundation’s strategic goals.
- Ideate, develop and execute on operational management systems and processes to support funding.
- Iterate on funding operations as the process evolves and additional funding pathways are introduced.
- Ensure funding processes are scalable and efficient.
- Own and manage software products used for funding.
- Communicate funding processes internally and externally to set clear expectations.
- Work cross-functionally with DevRel, Community, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and leadership to support wider foundation initiatives.
- Liaise with a range of actors in the Sui ecosystem, including community members, subject matter experts and thought leaders.
- Own funding reporting plan, format, and cadence that support Foundation objectives.
What you’ll bring:
- Web3, foundation, growth-stage, accelerator or fund experience preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with a drive towards efficiency.
- You are curious, eager to learn and passionate about helping others. You love and understand technology – especially in a rapidly evolving ecosystem of web3, DeFi, NFTs and crypto.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit to roll up your sleeves and try different things.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are strong, and you are comfortable interacting with projects of all sizes.
- You must be able to work independently and multi-task.
- You are highly skillful with a broad range of software tools including and not limited to Google Suite, Slack, airtable, asana, Telegram, and Twitter
- You love working as part of a winning team – collaborating across multiple functions driving towards a common goal.
- You are a creative problem solver who embraces change and ambiguity. You also have a strong sense of ownership and drive.
- Fluency in English.
Life at Sui Foundation:
Our team operates across multiple locations, from the USA to APAC, enabling flexible working arrangements. While we fully support remote work globally, we have adopted a hybrid model in Athens to accommodate meetings and office collaboration. Please note that employees will be required to come to the office for specific days as part of our hybrid model.
