What You Will Do

  • Timely preparation of weekly/monthly/ad hoc financial and management reports, including trend and variance analysis
  • Manage month-end journals, queries, and balance sheet reconciliations for key direct cost lines and assist with the monthly forecasting process.
  • Support the FP&A team with month end and forecast performance insight
  • Work alongside other members of the FP&A team to identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
  • Build strong relationships with Financial Accounting, and work together to ensure accurate and efficient reporting and resolution of queries
  • Work alongside operational teams to understand the business and the detail to drive improvements in reporting and results
  • Work on projects as assigned to enhance delivery of FP&A initiatives within the organization
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process through data collection and trend analysis

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work towards the goals of FP&A, Finance, and the wider business
  • Ability to operate and influence in a clear and transparent manner
  • Understanding of what drives the total worldwide revenue and how this can be maximized
  • Ability to find solutions to reporting challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information
  • Take responsibility for self-learning

Your Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant public accounting or Finance/Accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  • Knowledge of financial software applications, proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced Excel
