We are seeking a driven Founders Associate Intern to join our team.
This individual will play a crucial role in driving the venture’s success by supporting the Managing Director in a variety of entrepreneurial initiatives, spanning across all functions.
They will get hands-on insight into the successful scaling of a venture from the ground up, while familiarizing themselves with our proprietary framework for venture building.
Tasks
- Provide direct support to the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and decision-making processes
- Support in revamping and optimizing weekly and monthly performance infrastructures
- Curate and maintain customer feedback loops, directly feeding into the development of our product and features
- Support our Head of Marketing through a variety of ad-hoc tasks, including content analysis, project management, and social media engagements
- Possibly devote a small portion of their time weekly to engaging with prospective customers through live demo calls
- Take on a wide ranging variety of projects at an ad-hoc basis, being readily available to support in the development of the 100 Tasks venture
Requirements
- Self-motivated to take on responsibility and drive your own progress
- Prior work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, research, and business development skills — coupled with a hands-on mentality
- High Fluency in Microsoft Office
- Deep interest/background in tech startups is a plus
- Studying/Studied at a top-tier university (ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related field) is a plus
- Native or near-native English is required
- Based in London is a plus
- Ability to commit to a minimum of six months on a 20hr/week basis is required, anything longer is a plus
