The Role

ArvatoConnect are looking for a team of Administrators to join our team and to deliver a financial service to review key company information and make a recommendation as to the stability and standing of the companies. If you are looking for an opportunity to operate in a dynamic and interesting environment and have a capability to assess and interrogate financial information accurately and consistently you could be a part of our new team. This role requirement is to be onsite at the Swansea office a couple of days a month.

Skills & Experience

We need administrators who can review company data accurately, promptly, and consistently and in line with the training we will provide.

We will train and develop you to deliver this service and help you gain financial skills and experience to further your career within ArvatoConnect.

The Financial Viability Risk Assessment (FVRA) Assessor will be responsible for:

Undertaking the evaluation and assessment of submitted company documents to decide on the level of financial stability and risk that company represents.

All evaluations will be conducted via the business processes, procedures and training which will be agreed with the client.

Engaging with submitting companies where there may be gaps or queries on data which has been submitted.

Identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation opportunities within the services.

Provides a high-quality service to our customers entirely in keeping with our business processes and timescales.

Ensures all work is of the highest quality and accuracy.

Will be resulted focused and ensure the achievement of customer targets.

Strives to be an effective member of our team.

Builds rapport quickly with colleagues, so contributing to a positive team spirit.

Takes ownership and responsibility for their personal performance targets.

Skills & Experience required:

The successful candidate will have experience of working within an accounting or financial transactional delivery environment.

Computer literate.

Excel proficiency for data input and data analysis.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent data entry skills.

Attention to detail.
